Why can't I purchase CirrusMD directly?
CirrusMD is an enterprise virtual care platform and is not sold directly to consumers or most small employers. The company typically contracts with large employers, health plans, and organizations with approximately 2,000 or more employees. Through Health Plan Apply and Memberly's CirrusMD Gateway, individuals and small employers can access CirrusMD as part of specially designed benefit programs, providing enterprise-quality virtual care that would not otherwise be be available through a direct purchase.
How do I access CirrusMD?
Once you have registered and your first month's subscription is active, simply download the CirrusMD app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After opening the app, enter your name, date of birth, and ZIP code. The system will locate your account and guide you through the brief activation process. Once activated, you'll have 24/7 access to board-certified physicians by secure chat.
